I fully acknowledge that participating in outdoor nature-based experiences may result in exposure to a variety of hazards and risks, foreseen or unforeseen, which are inherent during and throughout each event. These inherent risks include, but are not limited to, property loss or damage, getting personally lost, trapped, or separated from a guide or leader, and the dangers of personal injury and death. I acknowledge that injuries, damages, or death can occur by natural causes, equipment failure, actions from other persons, animals, insects, plants, our surroundings, weather, individual guide, or assistant either as a result of negligence or because of other reasons.  Therefore, in consideration for participating in any outdoor event, to the fullest extent allowed by law, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Art in the Wild, and any affiliated participants, contractors or collaborators with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the releases or otherwise. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the United States Government USDA Forest Service, the City of Boulder, or any private land owner who’s land upon which the program is conducted, their officers, directors, members, individual staff members or employees or contract employees, with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the releases or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.  As a participant in outdoor experiences with Art in the Wild, I fully and knowingly assume the risks associated with such participation. I attest that my physical state, mental state, and my equipment are adequate for safe participation during this event/program.  In the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize any member of Art in the Wild to disclose any information necessary to address a real or perceived emergency. I have read and fully understand this agreement and signed it in agreement voluntarily.
