Art in the Wild - Magic in the Liminal Space

$85.00

Location: Boulder A-Lodge Garden Pavilion

When: Saturday, Sept. 19 — 10:30am - 2:30pm

The Autumn Equinox is such a special time of year — light and dark, making and unmaking, beginning and end, holding and releasing — we will investigate the magic that is found in the equilibrium of this liminal space. This is a four-hour immersive art experience in nature where we will yoga, wander, collect, snack, make + release - letting our surroundings inform and shape the creative process.

What to expect:

  • A yoga practice led by the incredible Sophie Miller

  • A land wander with journal prompts to collect, inform and inspire our creative practice

  • A creative experience focused on magic in the liminal space through abstract mixed media with guided layers, mark making + more

  • Yummy light bites to nourish as you create!

These experiences are open to all, no artistic experience is necessary.

Art in the Wild experiences are intended to bring to life the creativity within you. There is an emphasis on letting go of expectations, combined with the space to express, play, and be inspired by our natural environment. Guided prompts help participants get out of their head and into their bodies so that creativity is easier to access. The act of slowing down to truly connect with self, others and nature is a gift. We hope you can join us!

Following details will be sent upon registration.

No cancellations/refunds due to the preparation required for the event.
